About Martha Sheehy

          Martha represents clients in the litigation, trial, and appeal of civil cases in many areas of the law.  She has specific expertise in insurance coverage and bad faith matters, as well as the constitutional right to know, right to participate, and right to privacy.  She is a leader in the legal community, having served as President of the State Bar of Montana and on numerous legal and civic committees as an appointee of the judiciary or the governor.
